The 2022 Schedules and Field Map are here! This will give you a sense of all the amazing things that will happen at this year’s Festival.
Here are the Garlic and Arts schedules for 2022: 2022 G&A Schedule Saturday and 2022 G&A Schedule Sunday. And here is the field map.
We encourage you to download these and bring them with you to the festival. A printed program will not be available this year. But the field map and lists of exhibitors with their booths may be found on the whiteboards/easels located around the field.
The exciting schedules for the Spoken Word Stage and the Electric Vehicle Display are also available now on the website and in downloadable pdf format here:
If you did not attend the festival in the past few years please note that changes were made to the layout. The Lower Entrance and Volunteer Sign-In booth have moved to the Chestnut Hill Road end of the festival field, just above the North Parking entrance and the shuttle stop. The Kids Activity Tent is located up the hill from the Main Stage and between the upper Food Court and the Spoken Word Stage. The Portal to the Future is located in the lower North field.
Shuttle users — we love you! Don’t want to wait? Come early and stay late. Our busiest hours with heaviest traffic and longer shuttle waits are between 11-3. Shuttles run from 9:55 to 4:45. Volunteers should check with their volunteer coordinator to find out where to park and when to get the shuttle.
Many vendors will be offering demonstrations in their booths throughout the Main Field and North End. Hay rides will take place on Gidney Road. And in the Kids Activity Tents everyone can play with clay, weave with sticks, and work on problem-solving skills. Other ongoing activities will include Face Painting and Hooping with Alotta Hoopla.
